As President of Elite Homes, Glenn has found his 36 years of construction experience to be instrumental in the growth of Elite Homes. Glenn is responsible for the in-house drafting of plans. Whether buyers start with a sketch of their dream home or select an Elite Homes plan, the quick turn-around of the drafting department is invaluable in insuring complete satisfaction. Glenn also manages Elite Homes’ office. Glenn and his wife, Jan, are both lifetime Lubbock residents. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Scott Self - Sales Manager
Scott began his career in the construction industry 16 years ago. After graduating from Texas Tech with a bachelor degree in Marketing working at Elite Homes was a natural career choice. Scott and his wife Erica, have two wonderful young boys, Tanner and Wyatt. Scott has a thorough understanding of the home building process and a dedication to customer service as well as a commitment to excellence.
Jan Self - Appliance Specialist
Jan brings to the table twelve years of experience in the wholesale appliance industry. This insures that an Elite Homes buyer is sure to realize their dream kitchen. Whether the buyer is a microwave enthusiast or a gourmet cook, Jan’s knowledge of what the market has to offer for the kitchen assures that the buyer will have an appliance package to fit their lifestyle.
Adam Tijernia - Lead Carpenter
Adam, with Elite Homes for 3 years, is married to his wife Liz. Adam and Liz have two children Michael and Emily. Adam has a passion for meticulous woodworking and fine cabinetry. For that reason, Adam is a perfect fit as lead carpenter of Elite Homes’ very own trim and cabinet crew.
